before the first meeting.
If your question is not answered here, write to us. A direct answer costs us nothing and tells you more about the firm than a brochure would.
With a private conversation. Submit the consultation form or write to us directly; a member of the principal team responds within two business days. Nothing substantive is exchanged before mutual confidentiality is in place.
No. We accept a limited number of new mandates each quarter, and we decline work we cannot staff with principals or where we are not the right counsel. A referral elsewhere is a common and legitimate outcome of a first conversation.
No. Ayden Advisory Group is a private strategic advisory firm. We are not registered as a securities dealer, broker or investment adviser in any jurisdiction; we do not offer or provide investment advice, we do not manage or hold client assets, and we do not place securities. Where a mandate requires regulated advice, we work alongside your appointed bank, broker or counsel rather than in place of one.
Mutual non-disclosure is executed before substantive discussion. Client materials are held in the private portal on this site rather than exchanged by email; access is granted per document and per client, every download is logged, and links expire. Published work, including the mandates on this site, is anonymised and published only where the client has agreed.
Mandates are fixed-fee and scoped after the diagnostic, so that the fee is known before the work begins. We do not bill by the hour and we do not take transaction commissions from counterparties, because both create an interest that is not the client’s.
A principal, throughout. We do not sell a senior team and staff a junior one; if we cannot staff a mandate with the people who sold it, we do not take it.
Secure exchange of engagement materials. Access requires an account approved by the firm and an executed confidentiality undertaking. Documents are visible only to the clients they are assigned to, are served through expiring links, and are never publicly addressable.
The firm works from New York, London and Singapore, and travels to the principal. Correspondence is by appointment; we do not operate a walk-in office.
