What this site is

Ayden Advisory Group is a private strategic advisory firm. We work alongside principals and operators with advice and hands-on support to build together. This site describes that work: the disciplines we practise, the kinds of mandate we take, and how an engagement begins.

What it is not is the advice itself. Advice is given under a signed engagement, to a named client, against their actual circumstances — not by a page that has never met them. Nothing here is an offer of securities or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

How we are set up

The firm advises. It does not hold a securities registration: it is not a registered securities dealer, broker or investment adviser in the United States, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, it does not manage, hold or take custody of client assets, it does not place securities, and it takes no transaction commission from counterparties. Where a mandate needs regulated advice or execution, we work alongside the client’s appointed bank, broker or counsel rather than in place of one. Our fee comes from the client, which is the whole point.

Mandates and figures

Engagements described on this site are anonymised in line with the firm’s confidentiality standard and are published only where the client has agreed. Outcomes are the client’s own, measured over the period stated, and reflect the particular circumstances of that engagement. They are illustrative. Past outcomes are not a guide to future results, and no outcome is promised or implied for any other engagement.

Ayden Advisory Group was established in 2026. Where the site refers to principal experience, it describes the professional background of the firm’s principals accumulated at prior institutions, not mandates delivered by this firm. No firm-level track record is claimed. The firm advises on capital rather than managing it, and holds no assets under management.
