Terms of Use
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and, where you hold an account, the client portal. By using either you accept them.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Ayden Advisory Group (“the firm”, “we”). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes the firm and its practice. The material on it is provided for general information. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, financial instrument, product or service, and it is not advice of any kind. See the Website Disclaimer.
3. No advisory relationship
Using this site, submitting the consultation form, corresponding with the firm, or holding a portal account does not by itself create an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship. A relationship arises only under a written engagement letter signed by both parties.
4. What the firm does, and how it is set up
The firm is a private strategic advisory firm. It advises principals and operators and works hands-on with them to build. That advice is given under a signed engagement, to a named client — this website is a description of the work, not the work itself.
The firm holds no securities registration. It is not a registered securities dealer, broker or investment adviser in the United States, the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction, it does not manage, hold or take custody of client assets, and it does not place securities. Where a mandate needs regulated advice or execution, the firm works alongside your appointed bank, broker or counsel rather than in place of one.
5. Accounts and the client portal
- Accounts are opened by the firm. Registering submits an application; it does not create an entitlement to access.
- An account is personal to the named individual. You must not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
- You must give accurate information when you apply and keep it current.
- Download links issued to you are for your use only and must not be forwarded.
- You must tell us promptly if you believe your credentials or a link have been disclosed to anyone else, or if your role changes such that you should no longer have access.
- We may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe these terms or the confidentiality undertaking have been breached.
6. Confidentiality
Every portal account is subject to the mutual confidentiality undertaking accepted at registration. Material in the portal is confidential information under that undertaking. The firm records access to the portal — sign-ins, documents opened and documents downloaded — as a security and confidentiality control.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to gain access to any account, document, system or data you are not authorised to reach;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or circumvent any authentication, rate limit or access control;
- use an automated system to access the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, or to collect material from it in bulk;
- upload or transmit anything containing malicious code;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
If you believe you have found a security weakness, please report it to info@aydenadvisors.com rather than demonstrating it. We will respond, and we will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine finding in good faith and does not access or alter other people’s data.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, the firm’s name and its mark, is owned by the firm or its licensors. You may read it and print or download a copy for your own reference. You may not republish it, use it commercially, or present it as your own.
9. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the material on it is complete or current, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its contents. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Links
Where this site links to another, we do not control that site and are not responsible for it.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always at this address, with its date at the top. Where a change materially affects portal account holders, we will tell them.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law stated in the engagement letter for the relevant mandate. Where no engagement letter is in force, the parties will agree the governing law in writing before relying on these terms in any dispute.
