— The firm
Private counsel,
held to a standard.
Ayden Advisory Group is a boutique advisory firm of operators, investors and strategists. We work quietly with a limited number of principals each year, and we stay.
— Why we exist
Mission
To give principals the clarity to make their most consequential decisions well — privately, on evidence, and with someone in the room who is paid by nobody but them.
Vision
A firm small enough to know every client by name and long-lived enough to matter across cycles. We measure ourselves by tenure, not by headcount.
The firm is new. The people inside it are not. Ayden Advisory Group was formed to do the work its principals had spent two decades doing elsewhere, without the constraints of an institution built for someone else's clients. We take work by introduction rather than by pitch — not as a posture, but because it is the only way we know to hold the standard of the work and the confidence of the people we work for at the same time.
— What we are held to
Four commitments,
in plain terms.
Every firm publishes values. These are the four a client can hold us to, and the four we would expect to be challenged on.
Independence
We are paid by the principal and by no one else. No commissions, no referral fees, no product to place and no counterparty relationship that survives the mandate. Advice is only worth what the adviser’s incentives allow it to be.
Evidence before opinion
Every view is built from primary work — the interviews nobody ran, the numbers reconciled rather than accepted. Where the evidence is thin we say so plainly, because a confident answer that is wrong costs more than an honest gap.
Continuity
The people who win the work do the work. Our average client tenure is nine years, and that is the figure we protect most carefully: it is the only one a client cannot be sold.
Discretion
Confidentiality here is infrastructure, not a promise. Material moves through a private portal rather than an inbox, access is granted per document and per person, every link expires, and every access is on the record.
— The firm in figures
A new firm, built on long practice.
Ayden Advisory Group was established in 2026. The figures presented reflect the combined professional experience of the firm’s principals, drawn from their work at prior institutions.
— Where we are expert
Five disciplines,
one standard.
Operators turned advisers, with lived experience across finance, technology, real assets and consumer. Every mandate is staffed by principals.
- / 01 Strategic Business Advisory Long-horizon counsel for founders and boards navigating inflection moments — from product-market reset to category creation.
- / 02 Capital & Growth Consulting Architecting capital structures, growth thesis, and investor narratives that unlock the next decade of value.
- / 03 Risk Assessment A disciplined lens on operational, market, and strategic risk — surfacing the few decisions that matter most.
- / 04 Market Intelligence Proprietary research and signal synthesis across emerging markets, sectors, and competitive landscapes.
- / 05 Corporate Strategy From M&A diligence to portfolio rationalization — clarity for the boardroom, conviction for the team.
— The firm
Newly formed.
Not newly practised.
Ayden Advisory Group was established in 2026. Between them, its principals carry more than twenty years of corporate strategy, capital structuring and cross-border advisory — most of it done for clients who never announced it.
We are new by name and by structure, and that is deliberate. It lets us choose our mandates, hold our standard, and answer to the people we work for rather than to a book of business someone else built. What we offer is not a firm history. It is the judgement of people who have done this work before, in rooms where the decision mattered.
— How an engagement begins
Five steps, in order.
Introduction
A private conversation, usually an hour, with no material exchanged. We establish what the decision actually is and whether we are the right counsel for it. Roughly half of these conclude with a referral elsewhere.
Mutual confidentiality
Before anything substantive is shared in either direction, a mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed and, where the engagement warrants it, a portal account is opened for you under the same terms.
Diagnostic
Two to four weeks of primary work: the numbers as they are, the interviews the business has not run, and an honest statement of what we do not yet know. It concludes with a written view and a scope.
Mandate
A defined engagement with named people, a fixed fee and a stated decision it is meant to serve. We take a limited number each quarter and decline work we cannot staff with principals.
Standing counsel
Most relationships continue past the mandate that began them. The firm’s average client tenure is nine years, which is the figure we are most protective of.
— Who we work with
- Family offices
- Founders
- Private equity
- Venture capital
- Holding companies
- Boards of directors
Mandates are fixed-fee and scoped after a diagnostic, so the cost is known before the work starts. We do not bill by the hour, and we do not take transaction commissions — both create an interest that is not the client’s.
We do not publish a client list. Where a mandate appears on this site it is anonymised, and it appears only with the client’s agreement.
Regulatory status
Ayden Advisory Group is a private strategic advisory firm. It is not registered as a securities dealer, broker, investment adviser or financial adviser in any jurisdiction; it does not provide investment, legal or tax advice; and it does not manage, hold or take custody of client assets. Where a mandate requires regulated advice, we work alongside your appointed bank, broker or counsel rather than in place of one.
— By invitation
When the stakes are consequential,
the counsel should be private.
We accept a limited number of new engagements each quarter. A first conversation carries no obligation on either side, and nothing substantive is exchanged before mutual confidentiality is in place.
